Delete your Grain account

In the app
- Open Grain and tap In secret at the top.
- Under Keep your garden, tap Delete my account.
- Tap Delete to confirm.
Deletion is immediate.
By email
If you can no longer open the app, write to info@u92.ae from the email address you signed in with, asking us to delete your Grain account. We will do so within 7 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your email address.
- Your saved garden: what you wrote, the burdens you shared, what you chose to do, and your settings.
- All your sign-in sessions.
Nothing is kept afterwards. Reports you made about content (without your email) may be kept for up to 12 months so a person can review them. A copy of your garden may remain on your own device until you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
