Grain is run by BTD Technology Pty Ltd (ACN 670 507 276), registered in Victoria, Australia ("we", "us"). By using Grain you agree to these terms. You can reach us at info@u92.ae.
What Grain is
A free place to find acts of love to do where you are, to keep what you gave in secret, to carry what others are carrying, and to see love spread across the world. Grain is for adults aged 18 and over.
What Grain is not
- Not an emergency or support service. If you or someone else is in danger, call your local emergency number or reach out to someone you trust now.
- Not a record of facts. What Grain shows may grow from an act is imagined by an AI, one possible way love might travel, not something that happened.
- Not a way to ask for or offer money, contact or anything else. Grain carries no names, contact details, links, or requests for money, and removes them.
How to use it
Write and share only what is true and yours to share. Do not identify or harass anyone, advertise, ask for money, or share anything hateful, sexual or harmful. Never choose a "sacrifice" that could harm your body, health or safety. We check what is shared and may remove anything, and close any account, that goes against these terms.
Testing
Grain is in testing. The other people you see are simulated, and features may change or be removed.
Your content
What you write remains yours. You let us store and process it to run Grain for you, and, once real sharing is open, to show anonymous lines from it to others in the way the app describes. You can delete your account and what it holds at any time; see how.
Liability
Grain is provided as it is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
Changes and law
If we change these terms in any way that matters, we will update the date above and say so in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that State.
